Look at your Soldier’s orders or the welcome letter they sent home from Reception. There’s an MOS code (job code) like “11B” or “19D”.
- 12B / 12C Combat Engineer → Combat Engineer OSUT
- 31B Military Police → Military Police OSUT
- Anything else → BCT-only; ships to AIT elsewhere after Week 10
