About Army Grad Week

Why it exists

Army families deal with gate access rules, parking lots that fill an hour before ceremony, battalion schedules that live as PDFs on obscure garrison pages, and hotels whose “military rate” requires a phone call. None of that information lives in one place.

Your Soldier spent months at training. The week you get to see them should not be spent hunting through Facebook threads and old Reddit posts.

Army Grad Week exists so families can focus on being there, not on logistics.

Who builds this

How it stays accurate

Every fact here has a source I can name:

• Official garrison schedules at army.mil for ceremony dates and battalion cycles
• Gate operations pages at each installation for access hours and visitor requirements
• Direct hotel outreach for drive times from the gate, breakfast hours, and amenities
• Open-Meteo for real-time ceremony-week weather forecasts (no API key required)

Cycles that are interpolated rather than sourced directly are marked as estimated in the graduation schedule. When the garrison publishes an update, the cycle gets re-verified.

The site is funded through hotel booking commissions. You pay the same price whether you book through our links or directly. No ads, no tracking cookies, no data sales.
