Terms of Service

Independent guide, not affiliated with the Army. Verify with official sources before booking travel.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Army Grad Week (https://armygradweek.com), you agree to these terms. If any of this is a deal-breaker for you, please don’t use the site.
Not an Official Military Resource
Army Grad Week is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of Defense, or any government agency. This is an independent guide built by a veteran-owned small business to help families navigate BCT and OSUT graduation logistics.
Everything here comes from publicly available sources and the experience of families who’ve actually been to a graduation. For official details, refer to goarmy.com (opens in new tab) and the garrison website for your Soldier’s training post (Jackson (opens in new tab), Benning (opens in new tab), Sill (opens in new tab), Leonard Wood (opens in new tab)).
Use at Your Own Risk
Everything here is general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranties about completeness or reliability.
Graduation schedules, gate hours, base-access procedures, and weather can change without notice. For anything critical, confirm with the garrison or your Soldier’s drill sergeant before you book flights.
Limitation of Liability
Conde Digital Solutions LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of this site. That includes (but is not limited to) damages from incorrect schedule information, gate closures, weather, missed ceremonies, or travel-booking issues.
Visual Information & Photography
Army Grad Week uses official U.S. Army photography from the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS). As works prepared by U.S. Government employees in the course of their duties, these images are in the public domain under 17 U.S.C. § 105.
The appearance of U.S. Department of Defense visual information does not imply or constitute Department of Defense endorsement. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Department of Defense or any military branch.
Photo credits appear on applicable images. For questions about specific imagery or to request removal, email us at the address at the bottom of this page.
Affiliate Disclosure
Army Grad Week contains affiliate links to hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. When you click these links and book something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission keeps the site free.
Current affiliate partners include CJ Affiliate (Booking.com and a few hotel brands), Discover Cars, and Amazon Associates. Hotel recommendations are chosen on drive time from the gate, breakfast availability before parking fills, and suitability for military families. Never on commission rate.
Third-Party Links
We link to hotel booking platforms, car rental services, and official military resources. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Once you leave armygradweek.com, the destination’s policies apply.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and code of Army Grad Week are the property of Conde Digital Solutions LLC. You may share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or build derivative works from this content without written permission.
“Army Grad Week” is a trade name of Conde Digital Solutions LLC. Military terminology, unit designations, and post names are used here for informational purposes; they remain the property of the U.S. Department of Defense.
Family Stories Submission Terms
When you share a story or photo with Family Stories, here’s the deal, in plain English. By checking the box and submitting, you’re agreeing to this.
It’s yours, and you’re choosing to share it. The story and photo are your own. You wrote it and took the photo (or have the right to share it), and you’re 18 or older. You’re giving Army Grad Week permission to show them in the Family Stories gallery.
We may tidy the photo for display. So it looks right on every screen, we may lightly resize, crop, or color-adjust your photo. We won’t change what it shows or put words in your story.
You can take it down anytime. Every story comes with a removal link in your confirmation email, or just reach out and we’ll remove it. We keep stories up as a shared archive for graduating families, but it’s always your call.
Keep it kind and true. Please share only what’s yours, leave out other people’s private details (home addresses, phone numbers, anything sensitive), and keep it appropriate: nothing hateful, harassing, or unlawful. We may edit for clarity or remove anything that doesn’t fit, and we can’t promise every submission gets published.
A couple of fair-play notes. These stories are shared by families, not by us. The views are each family’s own, and we aren’t responsible for what individual people submit. If you believe something here infringes your rights, let us know and we’ll address it.
Your info. We store your email to send you your story link and removal link, and we keep limited technical data (such as the IP address a submission came from) for safety and abuse prevention, as described in our privacy policy. We don’t sell your info, and we’ll delete it if you ask.
Your submission can include an optional private note to our team. Army Grad Week covers four installations (Fort Jackson, Fort Benning, Fort Sill, and Fort Leonard Wood), so a little context, a correction, or a note on what would have helped you most directly strengthens the support we give to the next family. We read every note and never publish it.
Thanks for sharing your family’s moment with us.
